At present，balanced development in compulsory education has been a major measure in shrinking the education gap and improving fair education development.In recent years，Yanqing County has made significant achievements in compulsory education.It has pushed the balanced development in education through improving the teachers’ professional qualities，enhancing the integration and balanced allocation of educational resources，introducing high-qualified educational resources，launching course reform，improving outcome of education.However，there still exists some problems：the shortage of high-qualified education resources，morality nurturing of the students in boarding school and fund scarcity.
