Australia has a strong sense of barrier-free construction，relatively sound policy regulations and relatively mature safeguard mechanisms. This part studies the theoretical basis，policies and regulations，safeguard mechanisms and construction development of barrier-free environment construction in Australia，and found that it advocates the concept of “people-oriented” barrier-free，has sound barrier-free legislative construction and construction programs adapted to local conditions，and strengthens the supervision of barrier-free construction. We should learn from the experience of barrier-free buildings in Australia to improve the construction of barrier-free environments in our country.
