The rule of law is the leading foundation and important driving force for the construction of accessible environment. Since the implementation of the Regulations on the Construction of Accessible Environment in 2012，China has basically formed a legal system that fully protects citizens’ rights to accessible environment and promotes the development of accessible environment. Under the legal system for accessible environment，China has established a relatively sound organization and management system for accessible environment construction，and the construction of accessible environment in urban and rural areas has been promoted in accordance with the law. According to the Chinese legal system，this report elaborates on the progress made in the construction of accessibility rule of law in China from the perspectives of laws，administrative regulations，department rules of the state council，local regulations，local government regulations and accessible construction standards. Analysis of the existing legislative ideas to be innovative；Regulations on the Construction of Accessible Environment need to be upgraded；The operability of regulations needs to be strengthened；Legal rights relief measures need to be improved；Local accessible legislation needs to be strengthened，and the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward. It includes changing the concept of accessibility legislation，improving the effectiveness of accessibility legislation，improving the operability of accessibility laws and regulations，improving the relief measures of legal rights，and improving local accessibility legislation.
