Under the Research Center for Yangtze River Economic Belt Development of the Counselors’ Office of the State Council，Cheng Changchun，Tang Zilai，Counselor of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government，pointed out from the perspective of corporate location strategy that the industrial development of Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a clear gradient pattern at the basin level and regional level. It is recommended to pay attention to both industrial chain and value chain and construct the hard foundation and soft foundation simultaneously to promote the coordinated development of Yangtze River Economic Belt.
