数字经济发展至今，已成为我国发展最快速、创新最活跃、辐射最广泛的经济活动。推动数字经济高质量发展，成为当前及今后一个时期国家和地方缓解社会主要矛盾、重构经济发展方式、优化社会治理模式的重要举措。本文梳理了当前河南促进数字经济高质量发展的三大有利条件，即数字经济持续快速发展、政策支撑体系不断健全、项目集聚能力不断提升，同时指出河南数字经济发展仍面临区域数字经济竞合加速压力大、城乡数字经济发展基础差距大、数字经济技术人才支撑缺口大等问题，最后从贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大理念，处理好红海与蓝海关系、政府与市场关系、“引进来”与“走出去”关系、竞争与合作关系、理论与实践关系，把握好完善数字基础设施体系、提升数字技术支撑能力、拓宽数字产业发展路径、破解数字人才支撑瓶颈、凝聚发展共识形成合力几个方面尝试提出了未来推动河南数字经济高质量发展的对策建议。
<<The development of the digital economy has become China’s fastest growing，most active innovative and most widely radiated economic activity. Promoting the high quality development of the digital economy has become an important measure for the current and future periods of the country and local governments to alleviate the major social contradiction，reconstruct the economic development pattern，and optimize the social governance model. Based on the analysis of the current realistic basis of the high-quality development of Henan digital economy，this paper attempts to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Henan digital economy.
