本研究基于对北京市随迁子女社会融入问题的调研,提出双向社会融入困境的概念。由于受到户籍制度制约,随迁子女在教育融入、社会关系融入和心理融入方面均存在城乡双向融入困境并存在潜在社会风险。教育公平的“被剥夺感”极易异化随迁子女的社会心态,社会支持网络的缺失与断裂加大了随迁子女社会化风险,随迁子女家庭应对政策变动所采用的“二次流动”策略致使社会问题丛生。
<<Based on the survey on the social inclusion of migrant workers’ accompanying children,this article proposes the concept of rural-urban social inclusion. Due to the limits by China household registration,a policy that determines Chinese students’ qualification for school enrollment and city identity,the accompanying children have been inevitably faced with the predicaments of rural-urban inclusion in terms of education,social relation and psychology. Therefore,these problems could lead to potential social risks;the sense of being deprived of education equality can easily alienate these accompanying children’s social mindset;the absence and lack of social network support raises the risks of accompanying children’s socialization;the second migrations of migrant families,a strategy intended to deal with policy changes,can boost the emergence of new social problems.
