“枢纽型”社会组织工作体系是北京市在社会建设领域、社会治理格局建构中富有特色的制度设计和机制创新,经过十年探索实践,取得了一定成效,亦有待改进完善。本文基于实地调研,较为详尽地呈现顺义区区级“枢纽型”社会组织工作体系建设的过程、现状、成果、经验做法等,为进一步理论总结和深入研究提供基础。
<<“Pivotal” social organization work system is Beijing’s distinctive system design and mechanism innovation in the field of social construction and social governance structure. After ten years of exploration and practice,it has achieved certain results and needs to be improved. Based on field investigations,this article presents the process,status quo,results,experience,and practice of the construction of the social organization work system of the Shunyi District at a more detailed level,providing a basis for further theoretical summarization and in-depth research.
