Making people have a sense of gain is presented by Xi Jinpin，in order to have greater awareness of the fruits of reform. Based on questionnaire survey and statistical analysis software SPSS，this report finds that residents in Beijing have a positive sense of gain，meanwhile，gender，annual income，residential area，marriage and family status，jobs-housing balance and trip mode are factors which influence sense of gain. Furthermore，this report gives surface cause of influence factors above.
