本报告运用“六普”以来北京市的人口数据,对北京市男女两性的劳动参与进行了分析,发现两性受年龄结构、受教育程度、婚姻状态、行业职业分布的影响在劳动参与上表现出较大的差异,但是随着北京市第三产业的迅速发展、教育投入的不断加大、促进女性平等就业政策的有力出台,将对两性劳动参与差距的缩小发挥重要作用,但是老龄化的加剧、家庭小型化的发展、传统性别观念和劳动性别分工的存在,使女性劳动参与依然受到制约。
<<Using the population data of Beijing since the sixth census,this paper analyzes the labor participation of men and women in Beijing. It was found that there were significant differences in labor participation between men and women under the influence of age structure,education level,marital status and industry and occupation distribution. However,the rapid development of the tertiary industry in Beijing,the increasing investment in education and the strong promotion of the equal employment policy for women will play important roles in reducing the gender gap in labor participation. Due to the aggravation of aging,the development of family miniaturization,the existence of traditional gender concepts and the gender division of labor,the constraints on women’s labor participation still exist.
