司法行政领域的信息化建设成为近年来司法部着力推进的重点工作之一。作为司法行政工作的重要组成部分,法律援助服务的信息化建设,不仅关系法律援助管理方式的创新与服务能力的现代化,也直接关系普通社会公众的切身利益和实际获得感。近年来,温州市积极利用现代化信息技术手段,着力推进法律援助服务指数系统的项目建设,力求打造“大数据+法律服务”的社会治理新模式。为契合时代变化,温州市以需求和数据为基础,聚焦法律援助的现实问题,结合时代特征,扎实推进法律援助的工作转型。为提高服务质量,温州市将即时评价和阶段评价相结合、内部评价和外部评价相结合、全面评价和重点评价相结合,为法律援助服务的信息化管理提供了“温州样本”。
<<Informationization construction in the administrative and judicial field is an important work that has been pushing forward by Ministry of Justice during the past years. As an indispensable part of administrative and judicial work,the Informationization of legal aid closely connected to the management model of legal aid service and the public interest. By using information technology,Wenzhou developed the legal aid index which represents the new “big data + legal service” governance model. Wenzhou has developed a sophisticated reviewing system,which combine the instant review and periodical review,internal review and external review,comprehensive review and focused review,which represent the “Wenzhou Sample” in developing Informationization.
