In 2018，in order to conscientiously implement the 《Opinions of the State Council on Further Improving Migrant Worker Services》and the General Office of the State Council’s 《Opinions on Comprehensively Administering the Arrears of Wages of Migrant Workers》，the Ministry of Justice expanded the coverage of legal aid，strengthened convenience services on legal aid，carried out the “legal aid for the benefit of migrant workers” brand building activities，and steadily carried out legal aid work for migrant workers. At the same time，by incorporating the propagation of law for migrant workers into the key content of the law-popularization work，the migrant workers are encouraged to properly and legally safeguard their rights and interests，and the authority also actively guides lawyers，notarization and grassroots legal service organizations and their personnel to provide timely，convenient and effective legal services for migrant workers.
