China Legal Aid Foundation has been implementing the Lottery Public Welfare Fund Legal Aid Project since 2009. The project focus on the maintaining of social fairness and justice，achievements of social harmony and the safeguard and defense of rights for those vulnerable group，i.e. migrant worker，disabilities，elderly people，female as well as minors. In 2018，this project exerting great influence in public service by cooperating with CCTV to deliver a program “legal aid in action” and through the outreaching activity，more indigent people could get access to the legal aid service. China Legal Aid Foundation will keep working on the following aspects：pushing forward the revise of “Regulation on Legal Aid”，increasing the publicity of legal aid program，focusing on the training，protecting the equal right to judicial protection and safeguarding the basic human rights prescribed in the constitution.
