In order to understand the development of the chamber of commerce and industry associations in Guangdong，and the basic situation about the coverage of the United Front towards them，the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce conducted a survey on the province’s chambers of commerce and industry associations and an in-depth research in four cities. This paper reviews the historical process of the development of the chamber of commerce and industry associations in Guangdong. Then，by presenting the data and interview information，it analyzes the situation about coverage and challenges of the united front towards the chamber of commerce and industry associations. The paper summarizes the current situation and problems of the political-association relationship in Guangdong and suggests the next step of work to be done for the full coverage of the united front.
