In terms of Canada’s digital economy，Ottawa，as a traditional tech hub，is also a leader in digital economic development. This paper summarizes Ottawa’s economic and technological development and the advantages to develop digital economy，and analyzes three main aspects of Ottawa’s digital economy：digital economy strategy，digital infrastructure and digital industry，finally，looks forward to the future of Ottawa’s digital economic development.
