The “China's media convergence development ranking” aims to identify representatives with innovative ideas，exceptional leadership and outstanding contributions in the development of China's media convergence，as well as media organizations with exemplary effects and leading advantages in innovation. The selection of media of this list is dominated by traditional media such as national radio，television，newspapers and periodicals，and the Internet，with consideration given to various commercial platforms. On the basis of field investigation in 19 cities in China，the research group has established the system of convergence index and made a comprehensive evaluation based on the open data. The pioneer list，leading figures in media convergence and convergence index are based on the nomination，recommendation or scorings of the expert group before the selected list and evaluation results are finally revealed.
