2017~2018年度,广东媒体融合进入“深水区”。在融合工程成果初显的现实环境中,各主要传媒集团开始突破单一化追求平台与内容增量的局限,对融合方向及策略进行再审视与再思考,适时进行“转向”。在对待融合产品的整体战略部署上,实现了由“开发”向“升级”的质性跨越;在对待内容生产与产品开发上,实现了“智库化”的全面接入;在对待人才价值拓展上进一步鼓励个性化发展,并优化相关制度全方位释放人才价值潜力。此外,各集团致力于突破资本与赢利的“融合瓶颈”,进一步尝试向金融、政法、科技等领域寻求合作,带动了一大批新突破的实现:三大报业集团智库矩阵全面建成并实现过亿元赢利、广东IPTV用户量直破千万人、“羊城派”“微城e家通”等“爆款”产品全面实现技术与内容的“双重升级”。总体而言,广东省媒体融合实践在本年度通过适当的战略转型实现了“深度融合”,在对实现融合产品矩阵走向“精品化”方面持续发力,为全国范围内持续推进媒体深度融合具有较为重要的参考价值。
<<In 2017-2018,the media convergence in Guangdong crossed “deep water zone”. When the convergence project revealed its preliminary result,major media groups began to break through the limitations of the singular pursuit of platform and content increment,re-examine and rethink the direction and strategy of convergence,and “turn” in a timely manner. In the overall strategic deployment of the products to be integrated,the qualitative leap from “development” to “upgrade” has been realized;in content production and product development,comprehensive access to “think-tank” has been established;individualized development is encouraged,and optimization of relevant systems is carried out to unleash the talent value potential in all directions. In addition,the media is committed to breaking the “convergence bottleneck” of capital and profit,and further attempts to seek cooperation in finance,politics,science and technology,and it has made great breakthroughs:the matrix of three major newspaper group think-tanks has taken shape and made billions of profit,the number of Guangdong IPTV users exceeded 10 million,“Yangchengpai”,“Weicheng ejiatong” and other hit products have supported the “double upgrade” of technology and content. In general,the media convergence in Guangdong Province has moved deeper thanks to strategic transformation this year,and continued exerting its efforts in refining convergence product matrix. Such a practice is worth learning for the continuous promotion of deeper media convergence in China.
