2018年四川省媒体融合稳步推行。在布局上,充分发挥政治优势和属地优势,构建起以川报报业集团、成都传媒集团、四川广电传媒集群和四川新闻网集团为龙头的四大矩阵。在新闻生产上,结合媒体自身优势,创新生产流程、加强内容建设、服务舆论引导。在媒体经营上,丰富产品业态,拓展合作界限,探索多元赢利模式。就融合现状而言,依然存在观念、动力、角色、人才等困局,可从加强顶层规划、打造特色标杆产品、打造西部媒体融合人才高地等方面破局。
<<In 2018,media convergence in Sichuan advances steadily. In terms of layout,Sichuan gives full play to its political and territorial advantages,and constructs the four matrixes led by Sichuan Newspaper Group,Chengdu Media Group,Sichuan Radio and Television Media Group and Sichuan Network Media Group. In news production,Sichuan makes full use of its advantages to innovate the production process,strengthen the content generation,and provide guidance on public opinion. In media operation,it enriches types of product,expands cooperation and explores multiple profit models. As far as the status quo of convergence is concerned,there are still dilemmas in concept,motivation,role and talent which can be broken down by strengthening top-level planning,creating benchmark products with characteristics,and building an intellectual highland of media convergence in western China.
