In the key period of the combination of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization，it is of great significance to scientifically study and judge the situation of poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization and the trend of their organic connection，which will promote the development of rural society as a whole. By 2019，China’s poverty alleviation has reached the basic goal of eliminating absolute poverty in rural areas on a large scale，and multiple measures have also given full reach to income enhancement from poverty alleviation，and the institutional mechanism for poverty alleviation has been basically established. The Rural Revitalization has also achieved initial results，and the multiple revitalization has been actively promoted，and the institutional mechanism for Rural Revitalization has gradually improved. The positive results of poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization have laid a foundation for the organic convergence of the two areas，which mainly shows that the convergence mechanism of the two areas. In order to achieve the high-quality development of rural society and the improvement of farmers’ identity of recognition，we should further strengthen the unity and coordination，enhance the cohesion momentum and strengthen the awareness of the peasants population.
