Under the background of increasing downward pressure of economic growth in 2019，China’s employment situation remained generally stable. The employment growth remained at a high level，the unemployment level was relatively low，and the unemployment rate was within the control target. But at the same time，we should also see that the current external environment and the domestic development increase risks，and the regional and industrial economic development is obviously differentiated. Meanwhile，the trend of the employment indicator is weakening，and the pressure to stabilize employment is increasing. The future employment development faces more challenges. We will continue to give priority to employment，keep economic growth within a reasonable range，promote high-quality development，strengthen new engine of employment，and maintain overall employment stability.
