Social organizations are crucial component of the three-sphere integrated scheme of poverty alleviation，which consists of central government funding，industry funding and social resources input for poverty alleviation. Guangzhou proactively guides and mobilizes social organizations’ participation in poverty elimination. A series of policies are released to improve support and assistance mechanism，give better play to the role of social organizations，and encourage pairing support and assistance. Social organizations participate in poverty elimination action in various forms and make effective enforcement. It is a crucial year in 2019 that building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a year of securing a decisive victory against poverty. In order to consolidate and secure poverty elimination achievements，Guangzhou should improve coordinated mechanism involving social organizations，establish supply and demand platform，and enhance incentive and supervision mechanism of social organizations’ participation in poverty elimination. What’s more，Guangzhou should support social organizations in making more visionary planning and establishing continuous and long-term assistance mechanism.
