    广州公益慈善人才培养模式与路径研究报告

    摘要

    公益慈善事业的长远发展有赖于高素质人才队伍的支撑。目前,广州市已出台多项关于公益慈善人才培养与支持的落实意见,强调人才教育的统筹规划,倡导整合高校、党校等机构的教育资源,探索多层次的教育培训网络,主要沿着专业教育和职业教育两个方向开展,分别由学校和社会组织举办。从当前发展情况来看,广州市公益人才教育存在整体规划不足、同质化明显、场化程度不高、跨界资源的引入有限、学科建设缓慢,学科体系不健全、学习平台的持续搭建和自主学习重视不够、人才培养项目目标单一等问题。下一步应在整体规划基础上,重视师资队伍建设,注重公益慈善基础理论研究和行动研究、探索推动公益教育项目“市场化”,以及拓展培训内容和新型教育方式、手段。

    Abstract

    Talent is core competitiveness for continuous development of philanthropy. Guangzhou has released a series of guidelines on talent support and cultivation to stress systematic planning of talent cultivation. In addition,integration of quality educational resources of higher education institution,party school and other organizations is encouraged,so as to explore multi-level educational network. Talent cultivation follows two pathways of specialized and professional education implemented by schools and social organizations. In light of current situation,Guangzhou’s philanthropic talent education faces a series of disadvantages. Namely,insufficient systematic planning,obvious homogenization,low degree of marketization,limited introduction of cross-border resources,laggardly discipline construction,insufficient input in promoting continuous study and self-study,simplification of learning target etc. Guangzhou should take forward to strengthen overall planning,concentrating on construction of teaching team,fundamental research and action research on philanthropy,promoting marketization of philanthropic training,extending training content and applying new teaching methods.
