In the era of knowledge economy，“legal right protection” has significance to network arts’ development. At present，there are so many problems in protecting network arts legal right such as the absence of legislation，the weakness access system，the media paying excessive attention to such types of law cases and difficulty in balancing different parties relating to network arts legal right protection. Therefore，in order to promote further prosperity and development of network arts，the technical regulating method needs to be further strengthened. The diversity legal right protecting system need to be further constructed and the infringement reporting platform needs to be further improved.
