Comparing with other forms of network arts，due to less investment and low threshold，together with historical and cultural traditions，accumulation of creation as well as a large number of authors，network literature has grown rapidly in cyberspace，and formed many distinct characteristics，which are different from traditional literature in various practices. After more than 20 years’ development，network literature has made a great achievement in the field of the arts and culture since Reform and Opening up. In 2018，the creation of network literature has further flourished，focusing on “high-quality” creating. The trend of “overseas online dissemination” is also noticeable. At the same time，with traditional literature nourishment，the pace of network literature’s integration and innovation has accelerated，the mode and the consumption of network literature has become more and more youth orientation.
