佛山从零起步发展氢能产业,在短短5年时间内迅速崛起,成为国内氢能产业发展的领军城市。燃料电池汽车示范运行及加氢站建设方面,佛山已建成6座加氢站,并有768辆燃料电池汽车投入示范运行。2019年将累计建成约15座加氢站,燃料电池公交车运行规模将达到1000辆。产业培育方面,佛山已初步形成了涵盖制氢、储运、加氢及燃料电池关键部件、电堆及系统、整车及运营等环节的氢能产业链,以及南海、高明、佛山(云浮)产业转移工业园三大产业聚集区。就发展经验来看,佛山借鉴高铁模式启动氢能产业,通过政策创新、投融资模式创新、产业组织模式创新、商业模式创新等措施,打造创新服务平台,探索氢能多元化应用,形成了具有特色的佛山模式。为保持氢能产业发展的领先优势,佛山应在氢能源供给、优势企业培育及创新能力提升方面发力。
<<Foshan developed hydrogen industry from scratch,achieving a rapid rise in just five years,and has become the leading city of domestic hydrogen industry. In terms of demonstrative operation of fuel cell vehicle and construction of hydrogen refueling station,Foshan has built five hydrogen refueling stations,and has 768 fuel cell vehicles riding on the road. Until the end of 2019,Foshan will have an accumulation of 30 hydrogen refueling stations and 1000 fuel cell buses. In terms of industrial cultivation,Foshan has initially formed a hydrogen energy industry chain covering hydrogen production,storage and transportation,hydrogen refueling station and key components of fuel cell,fuel cell stack and system,vehicle production and operation,etc. Foshan have formed three industrial clusters of Nanhai,Gaoming and Foshan (Yunfu) industrial transfer park. By referencing the development experience of high-speed train,Foshan adopts policy innovation,investment and financing model innovation,industrial organization model innovation,business model innovation and other measures,building innovative service platform,exploring diversified application of hydrogen energy,and forms a unique Foshan model. To maintain the leading advantage of hydrogen industry development,Foshan should contribute to the supply of hydrogen energy,the cultivation of advantageous enterprises and the improvement of innovation ability.
