燃料电池电堆是燃料电池汽车的核心部件,其可靠性、耐久性和经济性是制约燃料电池汽车推广应用的关键问题。经过多年发展,我国已经拥有了一批燃料电池电堆、关键材料及燃料电池系统关键部件企业,由于燃料电池关键材料工程化缓慢、个别环节缺失,以及燃料电池系统关键部件尚未完全自主化等,我国的车用燃料电池电堆在可靠性、耐久性方面与国外相比还存在差距,生产成本偏高。为破解这些问题,建议我国在车用燃料电池基础技术及集成技术研发、鼓励车用燃料电池自主开发的产业政策及车用燃料电池产业链建设等方面发力。
<<Fuel cell stack is the core component of fuel cell vehicle and its reliability,durability and economy are the key issues restricting the application and promotion of fuel cell vehicles. After years of development,China has a number of enterprises for fuel cell stacks,key materials and key components of fuel cell system. Due to the slow engineering of the key materials of fuel cell,the lack of individual links,and low autonomous level of key components of fuel cell system,there is still a gap in reliability and durability of fuel cell stacks for vehicles in China compared with advanced countries. Besides,production cost is still high. To solve these problems,China should make efforts in research and development of basic and integrated technologies of automotive fuel cell,and the industrial policies should encourage the independent development of automotive fuel cell,and also the construction of the industrial chain of vehicle fuel cell.
