The management of population services is an important part of the construction of Safe Beijing. In 2018，Beijing achieved good results in the management of population services such as resident population regulation and special population service management. At the same time，there were also insufficient protection of floating population rights，and the management pressure of rental housing was still very large，as well as special population control such as mental illness need to be strengthened and other issues. In the future，the management of population services in the construction of Safe Beijing needs to implement and gradually expand the rights and interests of floating population；establish a normal management mechanism for rental housing；accelerate the construction of community rehabilitation institutions to achieve effective control of mental patients.
