    中国服装行业企业品牌建设及其价值评价

    摘要

    服装行业是一种将适应性与艺术性相结合的艺术,是拥有无限活力和无限潜力市场的行业。虽然服装行业的门店多、范围广、门槛低,但也正是因为这样的原因,服装行业才具有独立性和分散性,很少有固定资产投入和规模效应,这也是服装行业类似饮食等行业的通病。《2018~2024年中国服装行业投资分析与投资决策咨询报告》数据显示,从2012年到2017年,全球服装零售市场的规模在不断扩大并且还将继续稳定地增长下去。六年间服装行业零售额年均复合增长率约为3。87%。而在2017年,全球服装行业的零售总额达到了13813亿美元。2018年的服装零售额超过了14000亿美元。在百强服装品牌中,100亿元以上品牌总价值3148。48亿元,50亿~100亿元品牌总价值2228。57亿元,10亿~50亿元品牌总价值1530。87亿元,所占份额依次为46%、32%、22%。因为世界人口的基数较大,且随着很多发展中国家的飞速崛起,对于服装的需求量也就越来越大。

    Abstract

    The clothing industry is an art that combines adaptability with artistry. It is an industry with vitality and infinite potential market. Although the clothing industry has the characteristics of many stores,wide range and low threshold,it is precisely for this reason that the clothing industry is independent and decentralized,with little fixed asset investment and scale effect. It’s a common problem in the clothing industry,similar to the catering industry. According to the survey “Investment Analysis and Investment Decision Consultation Report of China’s Clothing Industry 2018-2024”,the global clothing retail market has been expanding from 2012 to 2017 and will continue to grow steadily. Over the past six years,the combined annual growth rate of retail sales in the clothing industry was about 3.87%. In 2017,the total retail sales of the global clothing industry reached $1381.3 billion. According to the report,global clothing retail sales are expected to exceed $1.4 trillion in 2018,based on global consumption upgrading and the increasing trend of average selling price and sales in the clothing industry in recent years. (in fact,the retail sales of clothing exceeded $1.4 trillion in 2018). Among the top 100 clothing brands,the total value of brands over 10 billion yuan is 314.848 billion yuan,the total value of brands over 5 to 10 billion yuan is 222.857 billion yuan,and the total value of brands over 1 to 5 billion yuan is 153.087 billion yuan,accounting for 46%,32% and 22% respectively. Because the world population base is large,and with the rapid rise of many developing countries,the demand for clothing is also increasing.
