Reflect the circumstance of the construction of crime prevention and control，which indicate the actual state of crime prevention and control. The indicator the effect of crime prevention and control indicate the effect of crime prevention and control. Seven 2rd grade indicators are dived into 22 3rd indicators. The data source of evaluation come from internet survey，statistics and the questionnaires. The ways of internet survey include internet search，search on the official internet，search of official document，telephone inquiry etc. The ways of statistics include inquiry of the statistic yearbook，search on the internet，the questionnaires is carried out by person. The score of the 1st grade indicator of crime prevention and control is 82.46. Two of the lowest scores of 2nd grade indicators are crime prevention and control of the community whose scores are 54.17 and 80.33. This two 2nd grade indicators hinder the total score of the 1st grade indicator of crime prevention and control. To resolve this problem，it’s necessary to enhance the community policing，street patrolling，improve the crime prevention and control of the logistics，strength the control on public and private information on internet.
