Construction of the capital international talents’ community is an important measure for the Beijing municipal government to gather talents according to the “four centers” strategy. In April 2019，Shunyi District fell within the second round pilot projects for constructing the international talents’ community in Beijing. Shunyi District，aiming at the core concept of “Home in Shunyi”，helps to build International Talent Community from four aspects，including building a comfortable and warm-hearted livable project，building a warm and dynamic sports system，making propaganda strategies from international perspectives and improving the family-friendly policy of attracting people.
