With several years of development，the information management of government affairs has taken shape. In the era of information technology led by 5G technology，big data，artificial intelligence and other new technologies，the traditional government affairs administration system can no longer meet modern needs. Based on the current situation of information management of government affairs，this paper explores the construction of a government affairs administration system of “socialized service，standardized guarantee and intelligent management” with the concept of data thinking by building a big data center and cloud service platform，where the data of each department of government affairs management can be exchanged. At the same time it gives a detailed introduction to the application of big data，information security and future development trends in this process，aiming to provide a reference for the modernization of governance systems and governance capacity in the new era.
