The article studies the impact of occupational discrimination on the social justice of young people in the first-line express delivery industry. The analysis finds that express couriers who have experienced occupational discrimination are more likely to have social injustice;although the improvement of subjective economic status and the deepening of social integration can reduce express delivery. The younger courier believes that the probability of social injustice, but these two factors can not weaken the negative impact of professional discrimination experience on the social justice of the courier.
