With the booming development of the express delivery industry and the continuous growth of the courier scale，the economic and political impact of the survival status and value orientation of the couriers on the whole society has become increasingly prominent. Based on the questionnaire data and deep-seeing materials of the “Couriers （takeaway） survey” of the University of International Business and Economics （UIBE），this paper analyzes the couriers’ six aspects from the aspects of population composition，income security，career development，lifestyle，integration mentality and value judgment. Group characteristics，and believe that it contains four social functions such as connecting urban blocks，providing employment opportunities，building an acquaintance network，and promoting energy exchange. At the same time，there are high risk pressures in complaints，timeouts，piece-rates，claims，and rights. Based on this，20 policy recommendations in five categories are proposed.
