The special geographical location，advanced economy and export-oriented economic model enable Singapore start to pay attention to the development and governance of Internet very early. To this day，Singapore has taken the forefront of the development of Internet and the governance of Cybersecurity in the world. Based on the analyzing of the development of Internet in Singapore，this article introduces the process of the governance of Cybersecurity and the evolution of the strategic plan for Cybersecurity in Singapore and then summarizes its governance experiences of Cybersecurity. And the author hope this article can provide Chinese governance of Cybersecurity with some fresh insights.
