本报告依据联合国妇女署与联合国全球契约办公室共同发起的“赋权予妇女原则——性别平等带来经济发展”行动倡议,对收集到的1598份中国企业2019年发布的企业社会责任报告进行评估和分析,并提出针对性建议。研究发现,中国企业报告中对性别平等相关信息披露的整体水平较低,并呈现以下特征:采掘业、批发和零售贸易业企业更重视性别平等议题披露,企业政策支持性别平等信息披露充分,报告非常重视员工健康、安全的信息披露。但是,企业普遍在促进供应链性别平等方面披露不足,关于性骚扰等敏感话题披露保守,企业开展女性公益项目的披露有待加强。
<<Based on the Women’s Empowerment Principles—Equality Means Business,a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact,1598 CSR reports issued by companies in China in 2019 are collected,assessed and analyzed with targeted recommendations in this research. It is found that the overall level of information disclosure on gender equality among companies in China is relatively low with the following characteristics:mining,wholesale and retail trade companies pay more attention to the disclosure of gender equality issues,and corporate policies support the full disclosure of gender equality information. The reporters attach great importance to the information disclosure of employees’ health and safety. However,they generally lack of disclosure in promoting gender equality in the supply chains. The disclosure of sensitive topics such as sexual harassment is conservative. The disclosure of women’s public welfare projects needs to be strengthened.
