本文通过对“广东税务”微信公众号的案例分析,讨论了该公众号在功能设计、推文阅读量、粉丝增长量等方面的发展现状和传播效果。同时,研究还采用问卷调查方法,对“广东税务”的用户进行了群体细分。研究建议:税务部门宜搭建省级税务融媒体中心,统一领导省内各地市的税务宣传;将深度的专业内容“转译”成适宜用户阅读的通俗文字;改变单一的宣传,强化反馈互动。
<<Based on the case of Guangdong Tax Wechat,this study analyzes its current status and effectiveness in terms of function design,reading numbers and the growth of number of fans. Meanwhile,this research also conducted a survey to segment users of Guangdong Tax Wechat into several groups. The study suggests that:1) Tax Service institution should set up provincial media centers to assist the improvement of city-level publicity affairs with a more coordinated and integrated approach;2) using more popular words to express and explain professional content related to tax policy or knowledge;3) attaching more importance to to users’ feedbck and interaction part.
