Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，102 CSR reports issued by real estate companies in 2019 are assessed and analyzed in this research with targeted recommendations. It is found that the overall number of CSR reports in this industry keeps stable growth，and private companies and state-owned holding companies maintain their pioneering position in reporting. The overall reporting quality is at the development stage，and the information disclosure features real estate industrial style with better readability and innovativeness. There is still much room for improvement in terms of information disclosure of supplier issues，eco-environmental protection，etc.
