本报告依据“金蜜蜂企业社会责任报告评估体系2018”，对收集到的18家由深圳市国资委监管的国有企业于2019年发布的社会责任报告进行评估分析，并提出针对性建议。研究发现，深圳市属国有企业发布的社会责任报告整体质量优秀，高于全国平均水平，尤其在创新性和可读性方面表现突出，同时也表现出了具有行业特色的社会责任理念，积极回应了社会热点。
<<Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，18 CSR reports released by the state-owned enterprises under the supervision of the Shenzhen SASAC in 2019 are collected，assessed and analyzed in this research，and suggestions are proposed accordingly. It is found that the overall reporting quality is excellent and higher than the overall CSR reporting quality in China，especially in terms of innovativeness and readability. The reports also show the social responsibility concept with industry characteristics and actively respond to social hot spots.
