Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，72 CSR reports released by the central SOEs under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council （SASAC） in 2019 are collected，assessed and analyzed in this research，and suggestions are proposed accordingly. It is found that the reporting quality of the central SOEs is excellent as a whole with some stage characteristics，such as disclosing CSR planning with characteristics，positively responding to great concerns of the society，referring to the mainstream reporting standards and guidance，and diverse demonstration forms.
