China’s income distribution reform has been continuously promoted. The pattern of income distribution is more reasonable. A larger scale of tax reduction and fee reduction has optimized the distribution among departments. The growth of residents’ income is basically in step with the economic development，and the growth of labor compensation is basically in step with the increase of labor productivity. Great progress has been made in poverty alleviation. The incidence of poverty has fallen to the lowest level in history，and the income gap between urban and rural areas and regions has narrowed. We see that small and medium-sized enterprises bear too much market risk，the wage level of ordinary workers is still low. The mechanism of redistribution is not strong enough. In order to establish a reasonable and orderly distribution order，we need to give full play to the decisive role of the market in the initial distribution，let all kinds of factors obtain reasonable returns，and also need to reasonably adjust the income gap in the redistribution process，so that the reform and development results will be more equitable and benefit all the people，and realize the common prosperity of all the people.
