From the perspective of trade patterns，market diversification，technical content of trade products and the nature of enterprises，China’s foreign trade is moving steadily toward a high level and high quality. However，global trade growth has slowed down and the external environment has become more complex and severe. Moreover，CHN-US trade disputes have still not been fundamentally resolved，and mutual tariffs have already had a significant impact on CHN-US trade. Looking forward to 2020，the general trend of China’s foreign trade structure optimization and power conversion will not change.
