Since 2019，China’s economic growth rate has continued to decline quarter by quarter，but the overall employment is stable，the overall level of prices is moderate，the structure is constantly optimized，the annual economic growth is expected to grow by 6.1%，the economy is generally operating within a reasonable range. In 2020，the international political and economic environment will remain complex，the world economy will remain sluggish，economic and trade frictions between China and the United States will become more evident，and downward pressure on China’s economy will increase. We propose to set the 2020 economic growth target at around 6% and keep prices at around 3%. We should continue to adhere to seek improvement in stability work always tone，structural reforms to the supply side as the main line，continue to implement counter-cyclical macro-control adjustment，deepen the opening to the outside world，and improve business environment，activate the micro main body，to ensure sustainable and healthy economic development.
