In 2018，the State Council of the People Republic of China issued the opinions on promoting the development of “Internet+medical health”. It clearly pointed out that the medical consortium should actively use Internet technology to promote the construction of an orderly hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern. Internet + medical health is based on Internet technology，transferring part of the services that can be carried out off-site to the Internet platform and providing medical and health services for different consumer groups. Nowadays，“Internet+Medical Health” has become a hotspot in the industry，and many concepts have emerged. These concepts overlap with each other，but their essence is to change the traditional medical service mode by means of information technology. This report explores the highlights and difficulties of Internet + health care services from multiple perspectives.
