In the document “China’s medium-and long-term plan to combat chronic diseases” issued in the year 2017，oral disease is listed as one of the five chronic diseases，which also contain cardiovascular disease and cancer. However，many Chinese do not aware the importance of oral health management. Meanwhile，the oral management service is in shortage in the basic medical facilities. These deficiencies also make oral health management have great developmental potential. Oral health management is based on the oral clinic，and contains oral health management and promotion. It begins from building profile，and after health evaluation and risk warning，oral health is promoted ultimately. Oral health service has long service cycle and multiple levels，and is needed by a wide range of people. It is one of the health management services with most developmental potential，and will promoting health retail probably.
