Medical and health tourism is one of new business type of health service industry. It is an organic combination of routine tourism and programs，such as prevention，health care，fitness and health. In October 2016，the State Council issued the “healthy China 2030” program. The strategy has become an important engine for the development of health tourism industry in China. Medical and health tourism as an important part of health service industry，under the guidance of the concept that “green water and green mountain is Jinshan silver mountain” must be set up and put into practice in the 19th National Congress of the Party，the green ecological benefits are continuously stable and added value. The scale of promoting health tourism is increasing year by year.
