本报告主要对艾力彼医院管理研究中心联合中关村新智源健康管理研究院开展的2018年中国内地三级医院健康管理(体检)机构竞争力评价研究的结果——竞争力100强的地域、区域分布特点、相关影响因素和竞争力构成要素进行了分析。从分布上看,100强分布很不平衡,主要集中于东部地区,以华东最多,省份以北京、上海、广东省最多;从省内分布看,江苏省发展最为平衡;从竞争力要素分析看,100强的人才梯队已初步形成,但学术科研水平、专业服务能力仍偏低。检前问卷、检后健康管理、“互联网+”健康管理(体检)服务方兴未艾。依托第三方竞争力评价和等级认证,已成为持续改善质量、提升竞争力的有效途径。针对三级医院健康管理(体检)机构100强竞争力要素存在的问题提出了相应的改进建议。

The report mainly analyzed the competitiveness evaluation results of health management centers in the third class hospitals in mainland China by Asclepius hospital management research center and Zhong guan cun xin zhi yuan health management institute in 2018. The regional distribution,related factors and competitive factors of top 100 health management centers are analyzed. From the perspective of distribution,the distribution of top 100 health management centers is uneven,mainly concentrated in the eastern region,with the largest number in East China and the largest number in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong province. In view of the distribution in the province,the development of Jiangsu Province is the most balanced. From the perspective of competitiveness factors,the talent team has been preliminarily formed,but the academic research level and professional service ability are still weak. Pre-physical examination questionnaire,post-physical examination health management and Internet + health management (physical examination) services were carried out in the primary stage. Evaluation or certification by the third-party has become an effective way to continuously improve quality and enhance competitiveness. In view of the problems existing in the competitive factors of the top 100 health management (physical examination) institutions in tertiary hospitals,corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
