本文从中国健康服务业的整体发展入手，全面系统地梳理了自2013年国务院发布《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》以来，特别是2018年以来，健康服务业呈现的六大发展新趋势和十余个新业态。六大发展新趋势：政策更完善，服务更系统，业态更成熟，模式更创新，产品更智能，技术更精准。十余个新业态：多点执医（医生）集团化，健康促进医院化，健康体检定制化，健康旅游时尚化，中医健康服务智能化，健康养老智慧化，慢病健康管理专业化，社会办医（办健康）多样化，医疗健康零售国际化，健康管理（体检）信息服务标准化，康复医疗保障化，“互联网+医疗健康”服务普及化。然而，诸如医联体“虹吸”基层病人现象突出、多点执医实施举步维艰、健康科技创新成果少、医疗零售业缺国家政策、健康体检行业乱象不断、医疗健康信息孤岛多、健康管理人才短缺成瓶颈、商业健康保险存在壁垒等新的问题也逐渐显现。应对的主要对策建议：一是完善服务体系，促进协同发展；二是加强科技创新，推动新业态发展；三是搭建多元平台，实现共享发展；四是加快成果转化，推动市场化发展；五是强化标准规范，实现高质量发展。
<<This report mainly focuses on three aspects of the development of China’s health service industry：the new trends and new formats，the new problems and challenges，and the new strategies and new countermeasures. From the perspective of health management，this report discusses the current situation and main challenges of health service industry in China，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. As an outline，the general report has comprehensively and systematically summarized the development and achievements of China’s health service industry since 2013. Overall，it presents six major trends and more than ten major formats. However，some new challenges are emerging. The main countermeasures and suggestions are as follows：firstly，to improve the service system and promote coordinated development；secondly，to increase scientific and technological innovation and promote the development of new formats；thirdly，to build multiple platforms to achieve shared development；fourthly，to accelerate the transformation of achievements and promote market-oriented development；fifthly，to strengthen standards and norms to achieve high-quality development.
