Our country is faced with great challenges of aging society and featured on large amounts, fast speed, getting old before rich, obvious tendency about aging of the aged and so on in cities . Divided in accordance with the main responsibility, urban residents' old age supports mainly include family support, agency support and large scale synthesis support. At present, there are still some preambles in old age support, such as low level services providing for the aged, relative shortage of human resources and so on.
