Although the informal property houses which are built in rural collective lands and sold to citizens are illegal, they develop rapidly and spread widely in the way of urbanization and suburbanization. Now, the informal property houses become a part of urban housing and play a role in the livelihood housing. We should pay attention to their exist and make contermeasures to lead them to the legal way. The informal property houses can be in the way of economic houses. This is useful to housing supply for lower income citizens and to new rural constructions.
