Since the opening of the first senior living community in 2015，Taikang Senior Living Community Ltd has now formed a layout of 20 cities，and senior living communities in 4 sites run well. In terms of business model，Taikang Senior Living Community Ltd took the lead in introducing model of large CCRC （continuing care retirement community with on-site primary care） community in United Statesinto China，and built secondary rehabilitation hospital or primary general hospital so as to form a unique mode of medical and elder care services. From service point of view，we provide independent living，assisted care，memory care and professional care services. At the same time，we provide a series of health care services relying on self-owned rehabilitation hospital such as health management，emergency first aid，general geriatric department，rehabilitation，tranquillity care and green channel for referrals. By this way，we have formed a comprehensive full-care integrated care model of “CCRC+Hospital”，which is like Programs of All-Inclusive Care （PACA） model for the elderly，and probes into and practices the mode of medical and elder care services model in domestic community for medical and elder care services.
