Under the background of accelerated aging in China，the demand for long-term care services for the elderly has been rising. Urbanization and minority children have transformed the traditional family care model. Chinese government is fully opening up its senior care market under initiative of the “Healthy China 2030” plan and related action plans，and is exploring the establishment oflong-term care insurance system. In addition，the government also encourages the transformation from private owned medical facility to senior care facility in order to develop an integrated system of healthcare and senior care. Based on experiences from developed countries and domestic pilot programs，science and technology development in addition of integrated system of healthcare and senior care maytarget senior care demands more accurately，improve the efficiency of service and open up payment channel，all of which will eventually stimulate new industrial kinetic energy to form a benign development ecosystem of healthy industry.
